Terms of Service

By using Loocation (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.

1. The deal

Loocation is a community-driven directory of public toilets. We provide the platform; users provide the data. Anyone can drop, rate, and review thrones; verified businesses can manage their own listings.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method (Apple / Google / Facebook) secure.
• One account per person. No bots, scrapers, or impersonation.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Content rules

When you post a review, photo, comment, or business listing, you agree that:

• It's truthful, your own, or you have permission to share it.
• It doesn't contain hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or anything illegal.
• It doesn't reveal someone else's private information without consent.
• It doesn't fraudulently claim to represent a business you don't own.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, suspend accounts that repeatedly do, and cooperate with law enforcement on serious violations.

4. Business listings

• Submitting a business means you (or someone you represent) genuinely own or operate it.
• Verification requires real registration documents and an owner ID. Faking these is fraud and we'll reject + report submissions accordingly.
• Approved businesses can edit their own hours, happy hours, active flag, and request URL changes (subject to re-approval).
• You can take your listing down at any time; reviews go with it (cascade delete).

5. License you grant us

By posting a review, photo, or business profile, you grant Loocation a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and on this website. You keep ownership of everything you post; you can delete it any time and the license ends.

6. Things we don't promise

• We can't guarantee a toilet is accessible, clean, or even still standing when you arrive.
• Reviews are user-generated. Treat them as opinions, not facts.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loocation isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero) or (b) ₪100.

8. Termination

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your reviews, photos, visits, friend links, and any business listings you own are removed.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version replaces the old as soon as it's posted at this URL. Material changes get a notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes that can't be resolved by friendly email go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
